Current Behaviour When the OGC API Plugin is used, the GeoServer REST API is broken. All requests to /rest/** will result in an HTTP 404 error. Expected Behaviour Allow OGC API Plugin and GeoServer REST API to co-exist. Steps to reproduce: Download latest GeoServer WAR Download latest OGC API Plugin Put OGC API Plugin JARs into the GeoServer WAR lib directory Deploy WAR archive within Tomcat Try to open http://localhost:8080/geoserver/rest
