The code has been developed and tested with geometric ROIs (sidecar wkts/wkbs/shapefiles) but won’t play nicely when doing excess granule removal on raster ROIs embedded in rasters, due to offsetting issues, if the output image is large (enough to make the Binarizer create multiple tiles to represent the area already covered). |
