GetCapabilities lists the same style multiple times when used as both a default and alternate style

To reproduce choose the same style as both the default and selected styles.

The result is listed twice.

&lt;Layer queryable="1" opaque="0"&gt;
  &lt;Name&gt;ne:coastlines&lt;/Name&gt;
  ...
  &lt;Style&gt;&lt;Name&gt;ne:coastline&lt;/Name&gt;...&lt;/Style&gt;
  &lt;Style&gt;&lt;Name&gt;line&lt;/Name&gt;...&lt;/Style&gt;
  &lt;Style&gt;&lt;Name&gt;ne:coastline&lt;/Name&gt;...&lt;/Style&gt;
&lt;/Layer&gt;

Options:

Remove duplicates when generating GetCapabilities
Technically if we only have one style we do not have to list anything.
