POST http://localhost:8080/geoserver/rest/security/roles/role/this_role returns 201 Created, if this_role does not exist, as expected. Repeat the same POST, now the response is 404 (Not Found??), whereas other API endpoints mostly return 409 Conflict, if this_role already exists. |
