Description:

When seeding a layer under an URL such as this:
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/gwc/rest/seed/world:foo
and selecting a zoom level of 30 while the layer only contains 22, the job will not be processed.

What should happen instead?

The user should see a message like: “There are only x zoom levels present, will seed x level instead of your chosen y”.

Please find the relevant log messages attached.
