Description:

Blank new layer group.
If I add one layer, there are no up/down arrows next to it. Good.
- If I add a second layer, this layer has an up arrow, but the first layer doesn’t get a “down” arrow. Same if I add more layers.
- If I a top or bottom layer the layer that replaces it at the top/bottom doesn’t get its arrow updated to reflect this.
To get them to appear correctly, I have to save the group and then open it again. But even then, removing/adding layers causes the above to happen.
