A new community module to host the WMS-EO specific bits of behavior, that is:
- a tool to modify the request on the fly when the bands layer is used, in order
to perform band merging (the standard says you select one or three bands as
dimension values, and those must be band-merged to form a single image)
- support for the default built-in styles of WMS-EO (yellow, white, black and family),
special styles that must be applicable both to vector and binary raster data and
that cannot be removed (so they will have to parallel the behavior of
polygon/point/line/raster)
- support for the custom feature info output (just a text/xml format)
- wms-eo layer tree wizard (setting one up properly can be a real chore)
