Description:

currently the options that are inserted on the LegendDecoration are used for the getLegendGraphic request too (legend_options). the decoration is using org.geoserver.ows.util.CaseInsensitiveMap that does not rewrite the keys if a whole map is inserted. the map should rewrite the keys wheather just one entry is inserted or a whole map
