Description:

The JDBC Authentication Provider authenticates a user by establishing a JDBC connection.

On the config GUI, there is no possibility to test the JDBC Connect URL with the specified JDBC Driver.

This improvement adds a username field, a password field and a connect button.

The idea is to avoid problems after activating such a provider. An erroneous provider may force a root login or manipulation of security configuration files directly.
