Description:

For a GetFeatureInfo Request Geoserver 2.3.1 sends a HTTP Response that do not contain charset definition in the header. This is true for text/plain format. In this situation clients may fail to read the text properly if encoding is other than ISO-8859-1. (pe. UTF-8)

In a concrete situation a Geonetwork client failed to render FeatureInfo in the Map Viewer window
