Description:

In the Layer preview select menu, the GML 3.2 option redirects to a bad URL.

It jumps to &outputFormat=application/gml+xml; version=3.2, but the server response in that address is a Service exception: “InvalidParameterValue”, with the message: “Failed to find response for output format application/gml xml; version=3.2”

Asking Google I found that the URL has to be &outputFormat=gml32 .
