Description:	WCS 1.1.1 is based on OWS 1.1. 06-121r3 Web Services Common Specification states that the service metadata document (service capabilities) should default to text/xml. Currently GeoServer is providing a content type of application/xml. This may apply to more services, but this is just something I stumbled upon.
