The current overlay blindly assumes to generate a square image (2048x2048), this is setup in the reflector.
However, the requested bbox can have a (wildly) different form factor, resulting in overlays being evidently stretched.
We should add an option specific to kml, kml_autowh, which would take the largest between width and height, and adjust the other to follow the form factor of the requested bbox (which GE sends down dynamically as we zoom/pan around)
