Description:

When I perform a GetFeature request with ‘PropertyIsEqualTo’ filter and an invalid xpath object in ‘ValueReference’, there is no exception report.

As explained in document OGC 09-026r1 ($8.3 Exceptions), an exception ‘InvalidParameterValue’ must occur
