Description:

Both the per feature and per collection bounds are always returned regardless of what the feature bounding setting is.
By the looks of it, it seems we have to roll a custom FeatureCollectionTypeBinding for WFS 2.0 to address the issue at the collection level.

However, I’m not sure how the same is done for the feature level (I can’t find where this is done for GML 3.1… any suggestion?)
