I’m sure I’ve reported this, but can’t seem to find it.

WCS 1.0.0 (but only that version) works when it is disabled. It responds to both GetCapabilities and GetCoverage requests.

The other four versions correctly give exceptions:
“org.geoserver.platform.ServiceException: Service WCS is disabled Service WCS is disabled”

This is probably quite an important one as it basically means any GeoServer is also a WCS server, even though most shouldn’t be.
