Layer preview timeout when load balanced

Description:

I have three GeoServer instances balanced behind the same url:
example.com/geoserver/

  • Click on “Layer preview”
  • Perform a search

The result of the search is always “Sorry, your session timed out”.

However, I’m not logged in and there shouldn’t need to be a persistent session (from the users perspective) for access to non-admin functionality.
