Description:

My attribution text is:
“© Crown Copyright and database right 2013.”

This saves and renders properly in the WMS GetCapabilities. However if I go down to the attribution text field again after it has been saved and re-opened, it shows:
“© Crown Copyright and database right 2013.”

Note the funny character before the ©
