Description:

When changing SRS for a layergroup in the Admin UI its not saved.
To reproduce the error:
- Open a layergroup (without workspace)
- Change “Coordinate System Reference”
- Save
- Open the same layergroup
- FAULT! -> The Coordinate System Reference is still the old one
