Description:

A layer should be able to reference a gridset and use any of its scale levels.
The GUI only presents min/max interval. But it should present the complete list and a check box should be available for each scale level

The interface would be more user-friendly since the names of the scale levels (1:5000) would be visible (and not just the index of the level, which really means nothing).
