Description:

The ing_sample2 layer appears broken:
- nurc:img_sample2 - shows up as warning. The datastore is disabled, and I cannot use the UI to enable it again
And a few more could use a description:
- nurc:Arc_Sample - this appears to be global rainfall
- nurc:Pk50095
- nurc:moasic
- nurc:Img_Sample
- sf:sfdem (title appears to be the description)
And our group layers can use title and description
- spearfish
- tasmania
- tiger-ny
