[Geoserver-devel] [jira] (GEOS-6185) Layergroup Names being used, not Titles in WMTS and TMS

Jonathan Moules created BugGEOS-6185
Layergroup Names being used, not Titles in WMTS and TMS

Issue Type:

BugBug

Affects Versions:

2.4.1

Assignee:

Created:

Description:

In the Getcapabilities for TMS and WMTS, the Geoserver-“Name” field is used for the GetCapabilities “Title”. It should be the Title field which is nice and human friendly.

Behavior in GS-2.4.0:

In addition to this problem described above, the abstract definition of a
layer group is not shown in the gwc's getCapabilities request of WMS and
WMST as well as in TMS 1.0.0 document.
A getCapabilities request over the Geoserver's internal WMS service supplies
the abstract definition of a layer group, but gwc's services (WMS, WMST and
TMS) don't do that at the moment.
