Did a checkout from https://github.com/CityOfPhiladelphia/phl-open-geodata and pointed the importer at that.

Okay fine, I’ll just get the shapefiles into a second directory. Two files’ projections weren’t recognized despite being WGS84 so I had to type in EPSG:4326. Then when I pressed run, it seemed to start working well, but something bad happened in the wicket UI and geoserver began logging MEGABYTES of errors. The import was still running and my computer was smoking hot but progress updates halted and the whole thing appeared hung.
