We have just updated the OS from 3.2.0-29 to 3.2.0-60 and Geoserver from version 2.4.5 to 2.5.0, last stable version.

After the updates, Geoserver lost the link to the data directory even if the env variable is set correctly and, moreover, the GDAL plugins (we need the ECW format) stopped working. Now they are no more available from the administration backend interface and, of course, this affects the already deployed ECW store as well.

We tried to re-install the version 2.4.5 without any success.

Do you have any idea?
