While testing fixes for

~~GEOS-6461~~ I have noticed build issues when using maven -T2.

Testing further shows the build is suffering some consistency troubles with -T2

http://ares.opengeo.org/jenkins/job/geoserver-master/457/ (fail)
http://ares.opengeo.org/jenkins/job/geoserver-master/458 (works no change)

This shows a failure in GWCDataSecuritytest failing to unzip applicationSecurityContext.xml from gs-main jar:

org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanDefinitionStoreException: Unexpected exception parsing XML document from URL [jar:file:/var/lib/jenkins/workspace/geoserver-master/src/main/target/gs-main-2.6-SNAPSHOT.jar!/applicationSecurityContext.xml]; nested exception is java.lang.NullPointerException

Locally I have wms_1-1_1 GetFeatureInfoTest failure based on thrown exception These were not reproducible between runs, or from eclipse, seems to be luck of the draw.
