REST Upload via POST on a Mosaic should handle a list of the uploaded files instead of all the Mosaic directory. See the attached proposal: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_lwCstC09eiAlYxQkUENNo_UiSWBR517_EAG6p1OGC0/edit?usp=sharing
