This documentation: http://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/tutorials/imagemosaic_footprint/imagemosaic_footprint.html contains this example: footprint_filter=Name=strSubstring(granule.location, 0, strLength(granule.location) - 4) However, in the geotools code, of GTDataStoreFootPrintProvider: String GRANULE_PREFIX = "granule/"; So the documentation should say ‘granule/location’ instead of ‘granule.location’.
