In 2012 the OGC proposed a change to move from the OGC XLink to the W3C XLink (1.1). This change has not yet been reflected in GeoServer, resulting in an invalid WFS 2.0 GetCapabilities. This change request should be pretty straight forward since only one element is changed. See also: |
