We were on a 2.3.0 version and needed to change machines. With that we decided to upgrade to 2.6.0 and noticed that the bounding boxes outside raster data are being symbolized as data when they were transparent at 2.3.0. I went ahead and investigated previous versions: 2.3.5, 2.4.8, and 2.5.2 and none of them exhibit this problem so I’m guessing a change at 2.6.0 is causing this.

The rasters are rotated using world files so the rasters cells appear rotated.
