UNchecking the ‘advertised’ checkbox in the Data tab of the Layer properties in the admin pages removes the layer from the capabilities of the service. BUT it still shows up in the search results when the server has CSW enabled It would be better if ‘unadvertising’ a layer for wms/wfs would also hide it in CSW searches (easy testing by using the MetaSearch plugin with QGIS: but use % as wildcard chars around your search term) |
