When trying to submit a Proxy Base URL with one of the new gtld’s (.services in this case) I get a "specific url with .gtld) is is not a valid URL.

Expected behaviour: except all URL’s that are syntactically correct. Or at least accept all root zones managed by IANA (http://www.iana.org/domains/root/db)

Reproduce: pick one of the new .gtld’s, i.e. .services, create a Proxy Base URL and try to submit it (Settings > Global > Proxy Base URL)

A workaround for this issue would be appreciated
