When publishing data with EPSG:4326 (FORCED) and the „Linearization tolerance“ is not empty, the error (see below) is thrown regardless if „Curved geometries control“ is ticked or not.

reproduction:
publish e.g. a SHP file (data must be in WGS 84) with EPSG:4326 (FORCED), enter a value in the linearization tolerance field, save and check the pubished WMS with “Layer preview”
