I define a new projection using the following definition:
999999=PROJCS[“XY_AIG Aeroport de Geneve”,GEOGCS[“GCS_GRS 1980(IUGG, 1980)”,DATUM[“D_unknown”,SPHEROID[“GRS80”,6378137,298.257222101]],PRIMEM[“Greenwich”,0],UNIT[“Degree”,0.017453292519943295]],PROJECTION[“Hotine_Oblique_Mercator_Azimuth_Center”],PARAMETER[“latitude_of_center”,46.2398192938],PARAMETER[“longitude_of_center”,6.1092165418],PARAMETER[“azimuth”,-44.4768898],PARAMETER[“scale_factor”,1.000059],PARAMETER[“false_easting”,2000],PARAMETER[“false_northing”,125],UNIT[“Centimeter”,1]]

I can visualize data in this projection perfectly but when I try to visualize data from another projection reference, the result does have the right range of coordinates but the rotation is wrong.
