If trying to use a timerange (interval) as described in http://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/services/wms/time.html#specifying-an-absolute-interval to set the (Default value: “Use Reference Value”) Reference Value for a TIME WMS Layer the GUI tells me I have to specify a valid ISO 8601 DateTime for Reference Time. But the Value is a valid ISO 8601.
