The H2 extension has two GeoServerApplication_ko.properties files - one in src/main/java and the other in src/main/resources. I assume that the one in the resource directory is being used.

The two files are similar, but not identical:

H2Console.shortDescription=H2 \ub370\uc774\ud130\ubca0\uc774\uc2a4\uc640 \uc0c1\ud638 \uc791\uc6a9\uc744 \uc704\ud55c \ub0b4\uc7a5 \ucf58\uc194.
vs
H2Console.shortDescription=H2 \ub370\uc774\ud130\ubca0\uc774\uc2a4\uc640 \uc0c1\ud638 \uc791\uc6a9\ud558\uae30 \uc704\ud55c \ub0b4\uc7a5 \ucf58\uc194.

I don’t know any Korean, so can’t say which is (more) correct.

The fix will be to remove the one from java, and update the one in resource if necessary.
