Nowadays one can create an app-schema store and associated layers fully by GUI, while the instructions still refer to manual creation of all XML files. This is at odds with the indication that people should not touch directly the configuration files on disk (not supported) and does not play well with our ongoing effort to support non file system based resource stores (not to mention, it’s unnecessarily complicated). |
