I’m using Geoserver XSLT WFS output plugin and after introducing Gefence with the probe plugin I started getting some strange errors in Geoserver logs.
This happens when the Geoserver Logging level is set to GEOSERVER_DEVELOPER_LOGGING.properties.

After starting tomcat, Geoserver reports the error for every layer repeatedly until the first WFS request with HTML output is made. After that Geoserver stops reporting those errors.

WFS HTML output works fine but it doesn’t seem right that the Geoserver is clogging the logs with those errors until the first request is made.

I’m using Geoserver 2.8.3 and Geofence 3.1.x. I’ve also tried Geoserver 2.9.0 with Geofence 3.2.x but I get the same error.

I’ve tried searching for a solution online or if anybody had a similar error but with no luck.
I would appreciate any help regarding this issue.
