As a GeoServer Administrator I would like to be able to use property placeholders like "$ {PROPERTY} " into the configuration in order to externalize the values on an external Environment. This would allow us to move the GeoServer configuration between different environments without modifying every single item (StoreInfo, ResourceInfo, ServiceInfo, Security and GWC DiskQuotas).
