We have recently been implementing raster support in our application, when loading a image pyramid in geoserver 2.10.1 as a wms layer tiled, the tiles do not load properly at scales closer than 1:273k inclusive. (I have tested and found the same issue in 2.8.5, 2.10.0,2.10.1 and the 25thJan Nightly - all on the same data directory)

This issue does not occur in geoserver version 2.81 with 4 levels

The data being served is a 4 band geotiff sentinel output in 3857

imagepyramid creation settings using gdal_retile.py were:
compression=lzw, levels=4, predicate=2, tiled=yes

I have 2 test instances of the data to show issues, to see the issue tiling must be on

2.10.0 with issues
