Exception thrown by GeoServer during GetMap requests on a ImagePyramid. Looks like is related to this bit of code: https://github.com/geotools/geotools/blob/master/modules/library/coverage/src/main/java/org/geotools/image/GTAffinePropertyGenerator.java#L83
