testLayerGroupTitles(org.geoserver.wms.legendgraphic.LegendLayoutTest) fails on Windows

This failure is due to a combination of causes: The test is not using a fixed cross platform font The test is checking a stroke symbol, which is tight, and due to slight font height variance the test ends up picking a white pixel right above the stroke
