WPSResourceManager cleanupResource method only deletes files whilst it doesn’t delete temporary processId subfolders containing them.
This will result into having geoserver_datadir/temp/wps being populated by several folders
(which can be hundreds or thousands along time if you have something doing frequent WPS Downloads)
