{{InputLimitsTest}} writes to the hardcoded path {{/tmp/request.xml}}, ignoring java.io.tmpdir. The file is never used and is almost certainly debugging cruft. Fix is to change the file write to honour java.io.tmpdir and then to comment-out the line; while it is not needed, it might be useful for future debugging.
