DescribeDomains is useful, but does not offer the ability to retrieve all possible value of a domain/dimension (without duplicates) if the values are too many, it will just return the start/end instead.
In some cases (large client side animations for examples) we actually need to get all the possible values, but in small chunks, and in an efficient way, so that one can paginate through.
