Try exporting a style like the nyc “poi” example style, made of two superimposed marks, the output contains urls for the two graphics, they are the same and show the stacked result. Having the stacked result is nice, but it should probably be somewhere at the rule level, while the single graphic symbols should point to a representation of their own (the large circle the first, the small circle the second)
