Multiple issues found:

  • The code goes NPE (see associated GeoTools ticket)

  • The resources copied to the root of the workspace styles directory, breaking relative path lookups

  • During the move the SVG marks (e.g.,

    <WellKnownName>file://test.svg</WellKnownName>

    ) are not copied over
