Multiple issues:

  • WMTS restful service capabilities has full layer names, instead of prefixed
  • Asking for a tile on a workspace specific restful service does not work unless the name is fully qualified (which would happen if the caps is retrieved as KVP, but then the ResourceURL are used)
  • The workspace prefix is not always present in the backlinks
