The following geometry:

MULTIPOLYGON(((-96.693575 -2.80439000000001,-96.693575 67.0686467659594,133.433333 67.0686467659594,133.433333 -2.80439000000001,-96.693575 -2.80439000000001)))

is not rendered correctly (see wrong_polygon.png attached) if continuous map wrapping is enabled.
When the option is disabled the rendering is correct (see correct_polygon.png).
