There are two way for preview legend of style. The first is wms getLegendGraphic request and it have execute good. The second way is preview style legend by special method in style edit page and it havent work correct with cyrillic particulary. The url for wms way be like this http://127.0.0.1:8083/geoserver/ows?service=wms&request=GetLegendGraphic&format=image/png&width=50&height=50&layer=te:AbonentsTE&legend_options=forceLabels:on And url for preview legend at style edit page be like this http://127.0.0.1:8083/geoserver/web/wicket/bookmarkable/org.geoserver.wms.web.data.StyleEditPage?9-IResourceListener-styleForm-context-panel-legendContainer-legendImg&name=demo_abonents&workspace=te&antiCache=1588158527777 Also I attached result for both methods and style sld file
