When I create a store and a layer from the attached shapefile, that is in EPSG:3067 CRS, Geoserver is recognizing the CRS to be EPSG:5048. Both systems area actually the same with one differenct: 3067 is easting-northing but 5048 is northing-easting. Because the axis order is not presented in WKT the both systems have identical .prj files. It seems to be impossible to correct the native SRS in the user interface.
